vibro-flux

Electro Flux Gyratory Screens have been built to provide precise material segregation with maximum energy efficiency and capacity. The equipment is made with a vertical unbalanced motor held by eccentric weights at the top and bottom. The top weight is meant to provide a horizontal throw, which is utilized to distribute the material evenly onto the screen surface. The reduced weight provides a combination of vertical motion and tilt, with the material rolling over and passing well through the screen’s mesh.

Backed by robust helical springs, the equipment enhances vibratory motion as well as vibrations and shock absorption of operations. Our Gyratory Screen Separator is available in different sets including single-deck, double-deck, as well as five-deck systems. Different decks may include screens of different mesh sizes fitted in them to attain multi-grade separation within a single pass. This allows manufacturers to successfully separate material based on density or size, and their operations are minimized while product quality is maximised.

Working Principle
& Benefits

Gyratory Screener working principle employs horizontal and vertical vibratory motion to attain total separation. The spiral movement is induced by the eccentric weights, propelling the material in both directions—radial and vertical. Two-way motion ensures all the particles make contact with the screen surface, thus enhancing screening efficiency and accuracy.

High capacity per unit screen area

Low power, energy-efficient operation

Low-dust, compact design for clean processing

High-precision sorting with low product damage

Quiet, smooth, low-maintenance operation

Low screen replacement and low downtime

What is the working principle of a gyratory screen?

A gyratory screen works on the principle of gyratory motion, where material spreads across the screen surface in a circular-elliptical pattern for efficient separation.
